At that same time Atlanta was served by Apple Charlotte, which was a part of Apple (and where I landed my job in technical support). In Denver it was Thorson Rocky Mountain. They also covered Wyoming and Utah. I think Apple was slowly transitioning from these rep firms to their own offices. The rep firms were making a ton of money in commissions. Glad you liked the book recommendation!
